The London Pickle Works, built to resemble a typical pub in England or Ireland, was founded in 1982 on Route 82 as a working man's bar. In 1985 the business was purchased by George Prochaska whose successful management of the company necessitated a move to larger quarters on Fitzwater Road in 1990. Throughout the past decade and a half, George and Kitchen Manager Sue Hall have built London Pickle Works' reputation as one of the finest, most comfortable, casual dining eateries in the Brecksville community. We visited with George and Sue recently, and listened as they outlined their format for success;
London Pickle Works has built a splendid reputation based on excellent food at reasonable prices. Treat your family today by taking them to London Pickle Works, and don't forget to tell them The Advocate sent you! |
