The Senior Center has a very active schedule filled with things to do and ways to make your life easier! Every Tuesday and Thursday it's "Errand Day". Simply give them a call at (440) 526-2499 and they'll pick you up at your home and take you to do your errands around town. All they ask is that you give a dollar to the driver to help cover the cost of gasoline. What a deal!

Every Wednesday you can go to a different restaurant to have lunch! Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see where they're having lunch this week. As always, they'll pick you up right at your door so you don't even have to drive, all your have to do is visit and have lunch! You're reponsible for the cost of your lunch and, of course, a dollar for the driver to help cover the cost of gasoline.

Each Friday is "Mall Day". Here's your chance to go to different area malls to pick up those little things you've been meaning to get. You'll get picked up at your home, they'll take you to the mall, you can shop, window-shop, visit, get a bit of exercise, and have an enjoyable time! Of course, they ask that you give a dollar to the driver to help cover the cost of gasoline. (Hey, I wish I could find someone to come and get me and drive me around for a dollar!) The Department car is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM for trips to doctiors in near-by areas, for frail elderly to do errands, or for those who cannot get into our van. Appointments are necessary a week or more in advance. Call (440) 526-2499 for more information.

We're actively seeking volunteers to help out in the office. You get the opportunity to be active, to help others, and to work with one of the nicest groups of people you're ever going to find! (That's us in case you haven't guessed!) How about sharing your special talents and enthusiasm with the community? It'll make you feel good. We promise!
