After graduating from Kent State University with a Degree in Finance, Richard A. Berardinelli, CLU entered the insurance business and was admitted to the Million Dollar Roundtable in 1968. He earned his Series VII License in Securities and his Chartered Life Underwriter degree in 1972, and became an Agent for General American Life Insurance a few years later. By the early 1980s, Richard was responsible for the management, training, supervision, and selling activities of a staff of eight agents. He has over a hundred million dollars of insurance in force. Well aware of his clients' benefit in planning for the future, in 2003 Richard began to chart a course of succession for FSC Securities Corporation. He met Louis M. Wargo, MBA, and together they currently have a total investment portfolio of approximately thirty million dollars and have been laying the groundwork for their future growth.

Louis Wargo graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in accounting, and he received his MBA in Finance at Baldwin Wallace. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1991 and then AXA Advisors Group where he specialized in investment and retirement planning.
