From the tender young age of five, Rosemarie Amato grew up in the restaurant business. Her parents opened the very first pizzeria in Maple Heights in 1955, and Rosemarie has owned her own business since 1980. In 1993 she opened the Warren Tavern in Lakewood where she earned an enviable reputation not only for her food, but as an extraordinary hostess. When continuing re-development efforts claimed her Lakewood location, she moved her business to Brecksville in late 2005 where she has taken over the 8,500 square foot space formerly known as Hunter's Pub, and before that as Marco Polo's and The Spanish Tavern. We visited with Rosemarie recently, and listened as she described the offerings of Bella Moon and The Warren Rathskeller;
Bella Moon and The Warren Rathskeller combine great food, great drinks, and an historic location into a level of relaxation that's out of this world. Call or stop by Bella Moon and The Warren Rathskeller today, and don't forget to tell them that The Advocate sent you! |
